The Solidarity Lab: Team Edition brings SAIN et SAUF into mission-driven teams that want something sturdier than a one-time training. The best place to start is a conversation.
A standalone workshop that moves past privilege self-awareness into something your team can actually use. Participants map 23 vectors of privilege onto four types of power, work through a live redistribution exercise, and leave with a named action for their team.
Leadership Teams · ERGs · Board Retreats
The full SAIN et SAUF curriculum across four paired sessions over 90 days, Awareness, Power, Practice, and Action. Between sessions: 30-minute check-ins to keep momentum. At the close: a concrete 30-day commitment from every participant, named and accountable.
Executive Teams · Senior Leadership
Six bi-monthly sessions woven with Foremother stories, structured between-session work, and peer accountability pairs. The cohort closes with a collective statement of the work ahead and a commitment to a new path.
ERGs · Mid-Management · Mission-Driven Nonprofits
The deepest format we offer: the full curriculum progression, peer coaching pairs, a Foremother research project that each participant shapes themselves, and a final integration presentation to organizational leadership. For organizations ready to build something that outlasts the moment.
High-Potential Cohorts · Foundation Grantee Programs
Your organization may already use MBTI, CliftonStrengths, Enneagram, CQ, Culture Map, or similar frameworks. This intensive doesn’t replace them, it asks what each one sees, where it stops, and whose wisdom it overlooks. A complementary layer that makes the tools you already have more honest.
HR Teams · Organizations with Existing Frameworks
A focused single session for a specific moment: allyship, privilege and power, microaggression repair, monoculture, Foremother stories, or a live team diagnostic. Every session closes with a named structural commitment, something your team will actually do, not just discuss.
Conferences · All-Hands · ERG Events · Board Retreats
Before you choose a format, the Team EQ Assessment gives you a short read on where your group falls on the continuum, and the Team Solidarity Audit is a longer, deeper look at how solidarity is actually working across your team.
*About “BIPOC”: we know the acronym is evolving and can feel reductive and misaligned for many. We use it here as a familiar shorthand.
The reason most trainings don’t stick is that they are events, and culture is a daily practice. SAIN et SAUF gives a team a framework it can keep using long after the workshop ends, in the meetings, the hiring decisions, and the everyday moments where solidarity is either practiced or forgotten about. It is built to survive the discomfort and the setbacks, because that’s what sustainable, authentic, inclusive, and nurturing work requires. This work also makes room for BIPOC* dignity instead of labor.
Let’s have a no-pressure conversation about where your group or team is, what you are up against, and whether this is the right fit. If it is, we’ll scope it together.
Twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th, meet three to four Foremothers gathered around a theme, with reflection and action points that you can return to. No spam, no guilt, just inspiring women to discover and celebrate.
